螺旋板冷凝器的结构性能及其在制冷系统的应用

螺旋板冷凝器是一种新型换热器,传热效率好,运行稳定性高,可多台共同工作。螺旋板式换热器是一种高效换热器设备,适用汽-汽、汽-液、液-液,对液传热。它适用于化学、石油、溶剂、医药、食品、轻工、纺织、冶金、轧钢、焦化等行业。螺旋板冷凝器按结构形式可分为不可拆式螺旋板式及可拆式螺旋板式。螺旋板冷凝器由两张卷制而成,形成了两个均匀的螺旋通道,两种传热介质可进行全逆流流动,大大增强了换热效果,即使两种小温差介质,也能达到理想的换热效果。

Spiral plate condenser is a new type of heat exchanger, which has good heat transfer efficiency, high operation stability and can work together with multiple units. 在螺旋板冷凝器壳体上的接管采用切向结构,局部阻力小,由于螺旋通道的曲率是均匀的,液体在设备内流动没有大的转向,总的阻力小,因而可提高设计流速使之具备较高的传热能力。

The nozzle on the shell of spiral plate condenser adopts tangential structure with small local resistance. Because the curvature of the spiral passage is uniform, the flow of liquid in the equipment has no big turning, and the total resistance is small, so the design flow rate can be increased to make it have higher heat transfer capacity.

不可拆式螺旋板冷凝器的螺旋通道的端面采用焊接密封,因而具有较高的密封性。而II型可拆式螺旋板冷凝器结构原理与不可拆式螺旋板冷凝器基本相同,但其中一个通道可拆开清洗,特别适用有粘性、有沉淀液体的热交换。III型可拆式螺旋板冷凝器结构原理与不可拆式基本相同,但其两个通道可拆开清洗,适用范围较广。

Spiral plate condenser can be used as the main heat exchanger equipment in refrigeration system. The compressor exhaust superheated high-pressure refrigerant in cooling system exchanges heat between high-temperature gaseous refrigerant and water and air sprayed out of pipeline through the condensation tube of evaporating capacitor. Gaseous refrigerant is condensation and gradually becomes liquid refrigerant from top to bottom. The strong wind of the matching fan makes the spray water cover the surface of the coil evenly, and the heat transfer effect is greatly improved.

螺旋板冷凝器从气体中喷出的水的温度上升,利用潜在的热水从风中带走大量的热量;在热空气中的水滴被高效率的干燥单元阻止,其余的吸收热量,散射到热交换层;温度降低进入水箱,然后继续通过循环水泵循环;水蒸发到空气中由水位调节器自动补充。

The temperature of the water ejected from the gas by the spiral plate condenser rises and uses potential hot water to remove a large amount of heat from the wind; the water droplets in the hot air are prevented by efficient drying units, and the remaining heat is absorbed and scattered to the heat exchange layer; the temperature drops into the water tank, and then continues to circulate through the circulating water pump; and the water evaporates. The water level regulator automatically supplements the air.
